Streaming Requirements

At CombatLive, we've put significant effort into creating a high-quality streaming platform, and we expect our organisers to put forth a reasonable effort to provide an equally good viewing experience for their audience. To ensure the best possible streams, we have established some minimum requirements for both free and paid events.

Minimum Requirements for Free Events:

• Video Quality: 720p resolution (1280x720)

• Audio Quality: Clear, audible sound without significant background noise

• Internet Speed: A minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps to maintain stable streaming

• Stability: A steady connection throughout the event; please ensure your device is plugged in to avoid battery issues

• Lighting: Well-lit environment to ensure visibility for viewers

Minimum Requirements for Paid Events:

• Video Quality: 1080p resolution (1920x1080) for a professional look

• Audio Quality: Clear and professional-sounding audio; consider using an external microphone

• Internet Speed: A minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps to ensure a smooth viewing experience

• Stability: A steady connection throughout the event; use a wired connection when possible to avoid disruptions

• Lighting: Proper lighting to enhance video quality and viewer engagement

• Production Value: Basic graphics or overlays to enhance the viewing experience (e.g., event logos, fight graphics)

Quality Assurance and Refund Policy

We reserve the right to remove any stream that does not meet our quality standards. If a stream is deemed not watchable due to significant quality issues, we further reserve the right to refund any pay-per-view (PPV) purchases made for that event, and invoice you directly for the cost of streaming.
